Recently appointed to the Standards Council of Canada’s (SCC) Governing Council, Ahmed Shalabi (BEng'85) has a new work of fiction available.

Ahmed Shalabi (BEng'85) has recently published his first work of fiction: Humanity’s Beauty and Risk: Poetic and Philosophic Reflections. He was also appointed as a private sector representative on the Governing Council of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC).

The SCC Governing Council members are appointed by the federal government and report to Parliament through the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry.
